We are looking for a Performance & Compensation Specialis t to play a key role in delivering high-impact HR processes that directly shape employee performance, engagement, and reward strategies.


This is a great opportunity for a motivated HR professional who is passionate about performance management, compensation practices, and data-driven HR operation s, and is looking to grow within a dynamic organization contributing to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead th e end-to-end performance management cyc le, including
  • Goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and PIP tracking
  • Execut e annual compensation process es
  • Merit increases, bonus reviews, and salary adjustments
  • Prepare and maintai n HR reports, dashboards, and analyti cs for leadership decision-making
  • Ensur e accuracy, compliance, and timely completi on of HR annual cycles
  • Act as a key point of conta ct for employees and managers regarding performance and compensation processes
  • Identify process gaps and contribute t o continuous HR process improvements
  • Develop and delive r training and guidance materia ls for HR systems and processes



What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experie nce in HR operations (Performance & Compensation preferred)
  • Professional certificatio n (CIPD, S HRM) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of: Performance management frameworks ,Compensation practices and salary structures, HR systems and data reporting
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and deadline-driven environment
