e accuracy, compliance, and timely completi
on of HR annual cycles

ct for employees and managers regarding performance and compensation processes

Identify process gaps and contribute t
o continuous HR process improvements

What We’re Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of experie
nce in HR operations (Performance & Compensation preferred)
-
Professional certificatio
n (CIPD, S
HRM) is a plus
-
Strong understanding of: Performance management frameworks ,Compensation practices and salary structures, HR systems and data reporting
-
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and deadline-driven environment
