We are looking for a highly organized HR Specialist to support our HR department and ensure smooth HR operations within the retail industry.
Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment: schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, maintain records

Support onboarding: prepare documents, conduct inductions, ensure smooth transitions

Maintain employee records and HR databases (accurate and up to date)

Handle payroll administration and resolve payroll-related queries

Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations

Foster a positive, inclusive culture through HR initiatives

Maintain strong relations with government offices
Requirements
:

3+ years of experience in an HR Specialist role

Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks

High attention to detail and accuracy

Solid understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, record management)

Proficient in HR software and quick to learn new systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented

Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism

HR or related qualification is a plus

Fluent in English and Arabic
