Duties
- Manage human capital management processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and performance management to ensure seamless integration and development of staff.
- Oversee benefits administration, HRIS data entry, payroll processing using systems like Workday or ADP, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Lead employee relations efforts by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and supporting positive communication across teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws such as FMLA, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Coordinate training & development programs, succession planning initiatives, and organization design projects to foster continuous growth.
- Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational restructuring, project management tasks, and strategic planning efforts.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Taleo for recruiting efforts; conduct interviews; assist with HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or UltiPro; proficient in data collection and reporting.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law including FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition techniques including recruiting through social media management and ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively; experience in conflict management is highly valued.
- Experience with benefits administration systems such as Paychex or Paylocity; familiarity with payroll platforms like Kronos or Dayforce is preferred.

Pay: $5,887.65 - $6,284.05 per week
