JOB PURPOSE
The Human Resource Generalist role will serve by providing hands-on support to one or more sites. HRG will act as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders within assigned sites, focusing on employee relations, culture & engagement, coaching & manager development, as well as training. The HRG will partner closely with site leadership to drive a positive workplace culture, ensure consistency in HR policies, and provide guidance on employee-related matters. Workforce planning and talent retention will also be key functions of this role.

Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling weights up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Work Location: Precision Aviation Group – onsite
Travel: This role requires occasional day and overnight travel to site locations. (15% or less of the time)
Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required or commensurate additional years of experience.
