Human Resources Generalist I

The College of the Arts (COTA) invites applications for the position of Human Resources Generalist I. This role is an important part of our HR team, working closely with the COTA HR Generalist II and HR Director. Together, we make sure employees are hired and paid correctly, questions are answered promptly, and processes run smoothly for the College.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others, pays close attention to details, and is curious about learning new systems and ways of working. In this position, you’ll have the chance to solve problems, improve processes, and be part of a team that supports the community members, faculty, staff, and students who make the arts thrive at UF.

Responsibilities:
$55,500 gross maximum ($26.58/hour) with a comprehensive and highly competitive leave and benefits package.

Schedule:
Regular working hours are Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm with an hour lunch. There are also options for different and flexible work schedules.
