JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Support the HR department and business units in implementing HR policies & procedures across the organization.
- Manage HRIS data accuracy and reporting.
- Oversee payroll accuracy by coordinating and validating attendance, overtime, and leave data prior to processing.
- Oversee administration of employee benefits, including EOBI, social security, and insurance schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR queries and resolving workplace concerns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR systems and digital solutions to enhance HR operations and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
- Coordinate with department heads to handle daily HR matters, ensure smooth HR operations, and maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support the employee exit process by conducting exit interviews and ensuring accurate and timely final settlements in compliance with company policies.
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resource Management.
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in textile or manufacturing industry.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
- Employee relations and grievance handling skills.
