Human Resources Generalist - Operations

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Support the HR department and business units in implementing HR policies & procedures across the organization.
  • Manage HRIS data accuracy and reporting.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy by coordinating and validating attendance, overtime, and leave data prior to processing.
  • Oversee administration of employee benefits, including EOBI, social security, and insurance schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR queries and resolving workplace concerns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR systems and digital solutions to enhance HR operations and improve process efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
  • Coordinate with department heads to handle daily HR matters, ensure smooth HR operations, and maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support the employee exit process by conducting exit interviews and ensuring accurate and timely final settlements in compliance with company policies.

Job Specifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resource Management.

Experience: 4-5 years of experience in textile or manufacturing industry.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
  • Employee relations and grievance handling skills.
