Job Summary
The HR Generalist plays a critical role in driving organizational growth through strategic recruitment, talent marketing, and workforce analytics. This position goes beyond traditional HR support by actively developing and executing innovative hiring strategies, analyzing recruitment trends, and enhancing employer branding efforts to attract and retain high-quality clinicians.
This role partners closely with leadership to ensure hiring efforts align with company growth goals, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Lead and execute high-volume, growth-focused recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.

Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and proactively build talent pipelines.

Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies (job boards, referrals, networking, schools, digital outreach).

Optimize job postings for performance, visibility, and candidate engagement.

Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
2. Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding

Collaborate with leadership to design and execute recruitment marketing initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice.

Develop content and messaging for job ads, social media, and outreach campaigns.

Identify and test new platforms and channels to attract therapists (e.g., niche boards, schools, digital campaigns).

Monitor and improve conversion rates across recruitment funnels.

Support initiatives that enhance brand awareness in key markets (e.g., Arizona and future expansion states like Colorado).
3. Data Analysis, Reporting & Workforce Trends

Track, analyze, and report on key HR and recruitment metrics, including:

Time-to-fill

Cost-per-hire

Source effectiveness

Offer acceptance rates

Turnover trends
-
Use data insights to recommend and implement process improvements and strategic shifts.

Identify hiring trends, workforce gaps, and market conditions to inform leadership decisions.

Build dashboards or reports that provide clear visibility into hiring performance and growth progress.
4. Employee Onboarding & Training

Ensure smooth onboarding processes for both providers and administrative staff.

Coordinate orientation and training programs.

Identify onboarding improvements to increase retention and engagement.

Assist in developing learning initiatives aligned with company growth.
5. Performance Management

Support performance review processes and improvement plans.

Provide guidance to leaders on performance-related matters.
6. Benefits Administration

Maintain benefits records and assist employees with enrollment and questions.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
7. Employee Relations

Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution.

Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
8. Compliance & HR Operations

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Assist with policy development and process improvements.
9. Employee Engagement

Support engagement initiatives that improve retention and morale.

Gather feedback and identify trends impacting employee satisfaction.
10. HR Advisory & Strategic Support

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on HR and workforce planning.

Contribute to organizational strategies related to growth, hiring scalability, and retention.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and/or talent acquisition.

Experience with recruitment metrics, reporting, or analytics preferred.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare or home health.

Experience supporting high-growth or scaling organizations.

Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools, ATS systems, or sourcing platforms.
