About the Role


The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations at the site level, ensuring consistent execution of HR processes and positive employee experience. This role partners with leaders and employees to support employee relations, HR systems, and workforce processes. The position plays a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting HR programs, and enabling effective people practices.


What You’ll Do


  • HR Operations & Employee Support
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and documentation, ensuring data integrity across HRIS platforms.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR processes, policies, and benefits.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data updates.

  • Employee Relations & Compliance Support
  • Support employee relations’ matters by gathering information, documenting cases, and assisting with resolution.
  • Assist in investigations, ensuring timely follow-up and proper documentation.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the site.
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal standards.

  • Coordination, Reporting & Process Support
  • Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate training sessions, onboarding activities, and employee communications.
  • Support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and candidate tracking.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of more efficient workflows.

Additional Expectations


  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You’ll Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of HR fundamentals, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HR systems.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ability to maintain accurate employee data and documentation.
  • Basic understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly
