1. Recruitment and Selection:

(a) Identifying staffing needs across different departments.

(b) Posting job openings, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates.

(c) Managing the onboarding process for new hires.

2. Compensation and Benefits:

(a) Administering employee benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

(b) Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.

3. Employee Relations:

(a) Addressing employee concerns and grievances.

(b) Mediating disputes between staff members

(c) Promoting a positive work culture and employee engagement

4. Performance Management:

(a) Establishing performance expectations and goals for employees.

(b) Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.

(c) Implementing performance improvement plans when necessary

5. Training and Development:

(a) Identifying training needs for staff based on clinical and administrative requirements.

(b) Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

6. Compliance and Legal Matters:

(a) Ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws.

(b) Managing employee records and documentation.

(c) Staying updated on healthcare industry regulations and best practices

7. Staffing and Scheduling:

(a) Creating and managing employee schedules to meet patient needs.

(b) Overseeing staff coverage during peak hours and unexpected absences.

(c) To execute HR polices, Training Curriculum & other by deputed HR Manager/ HR Assistant at affiliates units.

Qualifications: MBA (HR).

Note: Preference shall be given to candidate having experience in a multi-speciality hospital as a Senior Human Resource manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
