Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and HR databases.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to workforce metrics.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values.

Performance & Training Support

  • Assist in performance review processes and documentation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees.

Policy Implementation

  • Advise employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and applicable statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–5+ years in HR with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance (e.g., labour laws, payroll components)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,858.08 - ₹56,420.67 per month
