Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Drive end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to workforce metrics.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values.
Performance & Training Support
- Assist in performance review processes and documentation.
- Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees.
Policy Implementation
- Advise employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure alignment with company policies and applicable statutory regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5+ years in HR with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Knowledge of statutory compliance (e.g., labour laws, payroll components)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment

Pay: ₹14,858.08 - ₹56,420.67 per month
