Key Responsibilities

• Drive Recruitment: Own the hiring process end-to-end — from crafting job posts to onboarding new team members.
• Lead Training & Orientation: Design and conduct induction programs, team-building activities, and upskilling sessions for interns and employees.
• Payroll & Compliance: Handle intern stipends, attendance, and payslips — ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
• Performance Management: Conduct reviews, share feedback, and identify top talent for full-time opportunities.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, update databases, and support daily operations with efficiency and precision.
