Via Seating is hiring a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

to join our team in Sparks, NV!!

Our Human Resources Generalist provides administrative support across multiple areas of human resources under the direction and guidance of the Human Resources Director. The HR Generalist uses discretion and judgment to organize work effectively to meet critical deadlines. This position will complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, monitoring progress, problem solving and adjusting plans and priorities as needed. Bilingual Spanish/English skills in both verbal and written communications are used on a daily basis. Our HR Generalist maintains a positive and respectful attitude and acts as a role model within and outside of the company. The HR Generalist is an in-office/safety-sensitive position.

Position is full-time and works 40+ hours/week Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. This is an in-office/on-site position.

Pay from $25.00/hour - $28.00/hour, DOE!
