Requirements:

MBA in Human Resources (HR) – Mandatory
3–5 years of hands-on HR experience
Prior experience in a SaaS or IT Product company (not just services or staffing firms)
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to take initiative, handle responsibilities independently, and maintain process clarity
