Summary:
Perform administrative, customer service, operations, and applications work in HR employee records management. Provide support and assistance during regulatory activities. Provide assistance and back-up support in other program area(s) as assigned.
Responsibilities:- Maintain employee HR records and related documentation (paper and electronic). Sort, organize, copy, scan, file and retrieve records as required/requested by HR staff and organizational leaders. Respond to requests relating to current and archived HR records, search for requested documents and information and communicate information to the person requesting it.
- Prepare HR records in response to subpoenas; review subpoena and determine which records are responsive; coordinate documentation and responses from other functional areas; provide documentation to Legal or other internal department managing the subpoena response.
- Participate in the administration of other HR programs including annual background checks, compliance with I-9/work authorization processes, etc., incoming/outgoing mail, etc. Work involves review of documentation, preparation of correspondence and other communication, research to obtain required information, records and database management, and escalation as needed.
- Provide support and assistance during regulatory readiness activities.
- Provide back-up support for other HR functions as needed.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

- Minimum of 1 year related experience required
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional training beyond high school preferred
