Job Title: Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Department: Human Capital Department.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically sound individual to support the ERP implementation of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring ERP configuration, data preparation, testing, documentation, and end-user coordination across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist business functions in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence, Time & Labor, PMS, LMS, etc.)

Support techno-functional assurance on configuration, testing (UAT, SIT), and validation of business processes

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into system functionality according to Saudi Labor Law.

Maintain documentation related to business processes, system configurations, and training materials

Work closely with the implementation partner and internal teams to track deliverables and resolve issues

Monitor & support in data migration and support cutover and post-go-live activities

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in configuration support on Oracle Fusion ERP HCM

Good understanding of HR processes and Oracle Fusion HCM system & data architecture

Experience with testing cycles, data migration, and report generation

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced implementation environment

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.

Preferred :

Oracle Fusion HCM certification

Construction experience

Experience in large-scale ERP implementations

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
