Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field,
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role,
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
  • Experience with ERP systems and/or Human Resources software applications,
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets,
  • Solid understanding of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS); knowledge of SQL,
  • Preferably experienced in budgeting and reporting tools, with prior experience in finance or similar functions,
  • Strong reporting and analyzing skills,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Job Description:


  • Lead the preparation and publication of the annual workforce budget,
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly staff cost forecasts and report to the Finance department,
  • Monitor and report HR-related budgeting processes across different functions and business units,
  • Consolidate and report global HR KPIs both for local and international operations, ensuring sustainable infrastructure for reporting,
  • Contribute to HR process efficiency through automation projects; support system reporting and design improvements,
  • Prepare and publish the monthly HR Reporting Kit (including key metrics such as turnover, disability quota, sickness absence rate, and internal succession rate),
  • Coordinate and manage the annual salary survey process,
  • Maintain and improve HRIS functionalities in alignment with organizational needs.
