HR Compensation and Benefits Executive

Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi which is one of the two locomotive companies of Hayat Holding was established in year 1969 for production in the wooden panel industry and today became a global power which is the 1st in Türkiye, the 3rd in Europe and the 4th in the world in its field.


Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “HR Compensation and Benefits Executive" in Global Human Resources Directorate. The position is based in “Altunizade, İstanbul.”


Job Role Details

  • Collaborate with business unit management to implement HR policies.
  • Design the basic compensation structures in the organization aligned with the corporate culture and values.
  • Design a set of different compensation and benefits policies for each country.
  • Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees by working with C&B consultancy firms and researching benefits issues.
  • Oversee and document all KPIs related to the C&B area.
  • Organize compensation processes such as salary planning, bonus planning, and incentive schemes development.
  • Act as a consultant for HR Business Partners and line managers in the compensation area.
  • Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plans.
  • Engage with Functional Leaders to support team development through addressing employee relations, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with functional leaders, participate in key functional meetings and events, and observe people's effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain positive and influential relationships with the executive management.
  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of the global HR budget, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives; secure executive approval and deliver actionable insights through comprehensive performance monitoring and in-depth analysis.
  • Manage expat assignments, including relocation packages, allowances, and international payroll coordination.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of Labour Law, Social Security (SGK), and related legislation
  • Strong skills in MS Office (advanced Excel) and SAP HR
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and communication skills
  • Open to travel.


Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in global compensation & benefits, ideally in production and industrial relations
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (preferably KF system), salary & bonus design, and benefits programs
  • Proven experience in sales incentive design, bonus schemes, grading structures, and performance management
