We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern with prior experience in recruitment to support our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.

Provide timely follow-ups and feedback to candidates.

Collaborate with the HR team on other projects as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Prior internship or work experience in recruitment is
