About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Business Partner (HRBP) Intern to join our HR team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to understand HRBP functions, collaborate with business leaders, and contribute to employee experience, engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HRBP team in day-to-day HR activities across assigned business units.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback analysis.
• Help track and resolve employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
• Support in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Assist with HR projects related to learning & development, policy updates, and compliance.
• Partner with HR team to ensure smooth execution of employee life-cycle processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
