Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in Human Resources, possess creative thinking for employee engagement activities, and demonstrate excellent multitasking and communication skills. This role will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, coordination, data management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Contribute creative ideas for employee engagement activities and assist in executing them effectively.
  • Support in preparing and maintaining HR reports, MIS, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Work on MS Office tools, especially Excel, for data analysis, attendance tracking, and reporting.
  • Help in drafting job descriptions, posting on job portals, and maintaining applicant records.
  • Handle multiple HR tasks efficiently and meet timelines.
  • Provide assistance in onboarding and induction activities for new hires.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 prior internships in the HR domain preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in people engagement initiatives.
