JusticeWings Lexedge Solutions LLP is inviting applications for CS Internship positions at our office in Noida. Currently, we are operating from Sector 62, Noida, and will soon be shifting to our new office at Spectrum Mall 1.

Position: CS Intern (2 openings)

Work Profile:

· Predominantly corporate and regulatory work

· Company law, compliance, and secretarial matters

· Exposure to legal drafting and select litigation support

· Approx. 80% corporate/secretarial | 20% litigation & allied tasks

Mode: Work from Office (Noida). Five days a week. Weekend are fixed off for interns, beyond this 1.5 leave a month.

Stipend: Starting at ₹8,000 per month with quarterly increments

Eligibility:

· Candidates at-least passed CS Executive. Preference would be given to those who have qualified professional level.

· Good understanding of CS concepts (practical experience not mandatory)

· Immediate joiners preferred

· Candidates residing in/around Noida will be given preference

· The Candidates who have either completed law or pursuing it would be given preference.
