Location: This position will be based out of our Fishers, IN office.

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience across several HR disciplines, offering exposure to both the strategic and operational aspects of human resources while providing unique exposure to the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic HR projects focused on improving processes and enhancing employee experiences.
• Conduct research and assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Provide support for various HR programs and projects across the department.
• Participate in the planning and execution of employee and intern engagement events.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires and interns.
• Assist with talent sourcing and provide support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Participate in job site visits with other interns and project teams to learn about field operations and the construction process.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
