Human Resources Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting HR operations with professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude. As an HR Assistant, you’ll play a key role in recruiting and onboarding top talent for both our warehouse operations and corporate teams. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR team members, and staffing partners to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all candidates and new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for hourly and salaried position.
  • Maintain accurate records and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with the onboarding process
  • Greet visitors and answer the front door in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist with the check-in and onboarding process for temporary associates
  • Scan, file, and organize document
  • May require occasional site visits between AMS locations.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
  • Strong sense of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Good judgment and the ability to follow directions
  • Prior office experience required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is required
  • HR experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

Additional Information:

  • Must be available to work on-site at our Valencia, CA office
  • This is a seasonal position and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements
