Key Responsibilities
* Assist with hotel employee engagement programs, staff recognition, and wellness events
* Support internal HR communications including newsletters, emails, and posters for staff activities
* Coordinate welfare committee meetings and encourage participation from all departments
* Maintain event calendars, participation records, and expense tracking for HR reports
* Work closely with department heads to organize HR-driven events and staff initiatives
* Handle daily HR administrative duties such as document filing, onboarding support, and record management
* Participate in HR brainstorming sessions to propose creative ideas for improving workplace culture
Ideal Profile
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about hospitality and people development
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Basic understanding of graphic or content creation tools is an advantage
* Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute to HR operations
