Job Purpose:
The People & performance Intern will support the HRBP & Senior Director to provide administrative support within Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, and Off-boarding formalities.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support across various functional areas

Assist in maintaining and updating employee records

Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with the Time and Attendance policy

Prepare standard drafts of HR related letters and certificates

Support in organizational chart updates on real time basis and preparation of HR Reports, trackers etc. as required.

Support vendor coordination for People & Performance initiatives

Assist with coordination and prep for monthly performance reviews

Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Must possess existing sponsored VISA & driving license.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to teamwork and professional integrity.
Duration:
6 to 12 months (full-time internship)
