Job Purpose:

The People & performance Intern will support the HRBP & Senior Director to provide administrative support within Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, and Off-boarding formalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across various functional areas
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with the Time and Attendance policy
  • Prepare standard drafts of HR related letters and certificates
  • Support in organizational chart updates on real time basis and preparation of HR Reports, trackers etc. as required.
  • Support vendor coordination for People & Performance initiatives
  • Assist with coordination and prep for monthly performance reviews
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must possess existing sponsored VISA & driving license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to teamwork and professional integrity.

Duration:

6 to 12 months (full-time internship)
