Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in daily HR operations, recruitment activities, documentation, employee engagement, and other HR-related tasks. This role is ideal for candidates who wish to build a strong foundation in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Assist in payroll inputs and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate with various departments for HR requirements.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Help prepare HR documents, letters, and reports.
• Participate in HR audits and compliance documentation.
• Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide administrative support.
• Any other task assigned by the HR Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
