Role Overview:

The HR Intern will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on the initial stages of candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. This position provides an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and recruitment within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, career fairs, etc.) to source potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update the database of potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for the role
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and interview schedules
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,447.04 - ₹20,934.05 per month
