What we're looking for:
Work Strive is hiring HR Interns to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to Recruitment and HR operations, with a Post Placement opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and referrals
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Learn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

Requirements:

• Completed graduation (any discipline)
• Interest in HR and recruitment
• Good communication and coordination skills
