Job Title: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

Duration: 3–6 Months

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR administration, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
  • Maintain candidate databases and interview records

HR Operations & Administration

  • Support employee onboarding and exit formalities
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
  • Assist in preparing HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)

Employee Engagement & HR Activities

  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs and surveys
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and internal events

Compliance & Documentation

  • Help maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation
  • Assist in payroll-related data preparation (attendance, incentives, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR tools

  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Professional attitude and confidentiality awareness
