Job Description:

Bizz Booster Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
  • Assist in HR documentation, policies, and compliance tasks
  • Help organize employee engagement activities
  • Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
  • Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic/Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
