Human Resources Intern

Lessing's Hospitality Group is seeking a Human Resources Intern to assist at our Corporate office in Great River, NY! The ideal candidate will be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Flexible, part-time hours available.

Location: Great River, NY

Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Some Responsibilities will include:

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records
• Promote HR initiatives and employee engagement
• Aid in the creation and maintenance of company policies
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees
• Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations preferred
• Proficiency in using HR software systems such as ADP or similar platforms
