Human Resources Intern

Extol is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, employee wellbeing, and HR administration. Strong candidates will demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a genuine desire to learn how HR partners with the business to support both people and organizational success.

• Demonstrates curiosity and initiative by actively learning HR processes and seeking opportunities to contribute.
• Builds positive relationships with employees and candidates through clear, professional communication.
• Maintains a high level of organization and attention to detail when managing employee records and HR data.

What You’ll Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (entering senior year preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism
• Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
