Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare management company, is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience in a professional healthcare and contact center environment.
- Assist with recruiting and hiring activities including resume review, interview coordination, and applicant tracking
- Support onboarding activities including preparation of new hire files and orientation materials
- Assist with employee records management and HR documentation
- Provide administrative support to HR leadership and staff as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information
- Assist with assigned projects and related duties as required
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Customer service or office experience preferred
- Interest in recruiting, onboarding, training, or human resources operations preferred
