The internship is an official program providing practical experience for undergraduates or fresh graduates interested in gaining knowledge and experience in Human Resources. The Human Resources Intern will assist to complete affairs arranged by the Human Resources department in line with Hilton and hotel policies and procedures.

What will I be doing?

The Human Resources Intern coordinates and implements department activities and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings, training sessions, and project updates.
• Develop dashboards to track project progress, KPIs, and departmental metrics.
• Design infographics to visually represent complex data for easy understanding

• Writes correspondence on behalf of the department.

• Compile and present data in clear, concise formats for management review
• Uses email system to deliver and accept emails
• Assist with a variety of requests
• Maintains detailed filing system for department
• Maintain office supplies for department
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Follow and know emergency procedures as needed
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation and induction programs
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Prepare communication materials for HR initiatives.
• Collect and analyze HR data for reporting purposes
• Create PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and dashboards to present HR metrics and trends
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly HR performance reports
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.

• MBA in Human Resources from a reputed B School
• Previous experience in or equivalent role
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
• Excellent grooming standards
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work on their own or in teams
• Experience with MS office applications and outlook

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
