Position Overview

Golden Keystone is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern (Female Preferred) to join our HR department at our Johar Town office. This is a paid internship offering hands-on experience in core HR functions, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Assist in attendance management and HR reporting.
• Coordinate with departments on HR-related matters.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, BBA, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and MS Office.
• Organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
