HR Lead
to oversee and drive the full spectrum of HR operations in Abu Dhabi. This leadership role requires a proactive and strategic professional who can foster engagement, enhance performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of policies and initiatives.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and develop top talent.

Drive employee engagement and culture-building programs across the organization.

Manage performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluation, and career development.

Oversee learning and development plans, training programs, and succession planning.

Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, health & safety, and internal governance.

Advise senior management and department heads on people strategy and organizational development.

Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Promote a diverse, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree

Technical Qualification:
HR Certifications and Oracle or related certifications

Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience, with proven leadership exposure

Proficiency in MS Office and expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM
