Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager with at least 10 years of progressive HR experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving all HR functions including recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. This role plays a key part in aligning HR practices with business goals to support the company’s growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
- Oversee compensation and benefits planning to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Mentor and support the HR team, promoting skill development and professional growth.
- Manage HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision making.
- Oversee the performance review process, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Lead or participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
- Manage change initiatives and organizational development projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR teams and implement HR strategies.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR goals with organizational strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.
- Experience in [insert industry if needed – e.g., manufacturing, tech, healthcare, etc.].
- Familiarity with international HR practices (if applicable).
