Human Resources Manager

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client is a well-established company in the trading and industrial sector, recognized for its quality products and reliable services. To support ongoing growth, the company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and strengthen its human resources function.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Lead Talent Management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent
  • Conduct Workforce Planning to align staffing needs with business goals
  • Implement and maintain Succession Planning strategies to build internal leadership pipelines
  • Oversee performance appraisals and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting
  • Support management in organizational planning and decision-making
  • Promote a positive and productive workplace culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in trading or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
