Human Resources Manager

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations and drive a culture of excellence. This role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws — all while aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Design and implement performance management systems.
  • Provide strategic advice to management on HR policies and best practices.
  • Organize and deliver employee training and development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal policies.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to support continuous improvement.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus.
