Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll processes.
• Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving workplace culture and employee engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
