Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the organization is compliant with employment and labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives that align with our business goals, as well as managing employee relations and development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other employment and labor laws.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Handle conflict management and employee relations issues effectively to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, and workers' compensation claims.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on organization design, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Analyze HR data to drive process improvements and inform strategic decisions.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of human resources management principles including talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll systems.
  • Proficient in HR sourcing techniques and negotiation skills to attract top talent.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in program management with an emphasis on training & development initiatives.
  • Ability to conduct data collection and analysis for informed decision-making in HR practices.
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with strategic planning capabilities to align HR functions with business objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
