About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee all human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Handle employee relations: conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and career development programs.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records with accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Organize training programs and skill development initiatives for employees.
  • Drive employee engagement activities to maintain a motivated and productive workforce.
  • Support management in strategic decision-making with HR insights.
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and reports.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent management, payroll, compliance, performance management, etc.).
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
