Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and HR policies. The role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational expertise to support organizational growth and employee well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Oversee performance management, training, and development.
  • Handle payroll, benefits, employee relations, and grievance management.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Female Candidates Only
  • 2–3 years of HR experience (1+ years in managerial role).
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
