Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee attendance records in payroll software.
  • Maintain records of penalties, overtime, and leave.
  • Address and resolve staff queries and grievances.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Complete staff KYC and maintain employee documentation.
  • Manage statutory compliances including ESIC and PF.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure discipline and smooth staff management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / MBA in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and payroll management (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel is a must.
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, and approachable personality.
  • Female candidates will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
