Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that enhance our organizational culture and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of employment and labor laws, talent acquisition, and performance management, along with strong negotiation and conflict management skills. This role requires a proactive approach to human capital management, ensuring that our workforce is effectively supported and developed.

Duties

  • Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee orientation, training & development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other relevant employment laws while managing workers' compensation claims.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals, focusing on organization design and change management.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Benefits administration, payroll processing.
  • Lead succession planning efforts to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for key positions within the organization.
  • Utilize data analysis skills to collect HR metrics for informed decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Conduct presentations on HR programs and policies to staff at all levels.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management, employee evaluation, and program management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law as well as benefits administration practices.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation skills and conflict management within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in budgeting for HR initiatives and managing departmental resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences. Pay: $53,974.29 - $65,001.29 per year
