Human Resources Manager

MAC Metal Sales is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support our team across six divisions and sister companies. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of HR experience, a passion for recruitment and employee relations, and a strong understanding of company culture and values. A degree in HR is a plus but not required. This position is Monday-Friday, 8-5.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Administer employee benefits, insurance, and workers’ comp
• Manage employee uniforms and vendor invoices
• Oversee safety, attendance, and performance programs
• Handle employee relations, write-ups, terminations, and unemployment hearings
• Collaborate with leadership to meet company goals
