We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR operations and play a key role in shaping a motivated, productive, and future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle processes.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
• Handle payroll, statutory compliance, and HR policy frameworks.
• Partner with leadership to identify training and development needs.
• Resolve employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain HR records, analytics, and reporting for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
