Human Resources Manager

Our client is a leading multinational manufacturing company in its industry. Now we are looking for a high caliber HR Manager who will report to HR Director.


  • Graduated from Business Administration, Labor Economics or similar faculties of universities
  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience and last couple of years spent at managerial roles
  • Strong legislation knowledge for employee records, payroll, hiring, firing process and labor relations including blue collar
  • Recruitment experience both managerial white-collar positions and blue-collar employees
  • Strong experience about compensation and benefits, managing labor budget of the organization
  • Performance management system experience is required
  • Organizational development and training programs development know how is also requires
  • Strong communication skills and outstanding leadership will be strong asset
  • No barrier for travelling both domestic and abroad.
  • Fluent level spoken English is required
  • No military obligation for male candidates


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The person will report to HR Director
  • The person must deliver delicate stake holders management with local holding and HQ located abroad.
  • S/he will lead an HR team that has 5 members including payroll, compensation & benefit, performance management and training specialists.
  • The person will be responsible for managing HR processes of employees 1/5 of them will be white collar.
  • Employer branding, employee engagement, building high performance teams, developing organization and people, accurate labor budgets, flawless payroll preparation and perfectly compliant with legal issues will be challenges of this position.
  • SAP will be used for HR processes
