Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Lead change management initiatives and support cultural transformation.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.
- Lead talent development, career planning, and retention strategies.
Performance Management
- Design and manage a performance management system that promotes continuous feedback, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure KPIs and performance metrics are aligned across departments.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
- Implement employee engagement strategies and monitor employee satisfaction.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Develop HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee the design and administration of compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Benchmark practices to ensure competitiveness in the market.
HR Operations
- Oversee payroll, HRIS systems, personnel records, and other HR-related administrative processes.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in HR operations.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure professional growth and effectiveness.
- Establish HR departmental goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and HR technologies.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution in HR.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in [industry-specific HR, e.g., manufacturing, IT, healthcare].
- Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
