Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support cultural transformation.

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.
  • Lead talent development, career planning, and retention strategies.

Performance Management

  • Design and manage a performance management system that promotes continuous feedback, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure KPIs and performance metrics are aligned across departments.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Address employee grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
  • Implement employee engagement strategies and monitor employee satisfaction.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee the design and administration of compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Benchmark practices to ensure competitiveness in the market.

HR Operations

  • Oversee payroll, HRIS systems, personnel records, and other HR-related administrative processes.
  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in HR operations.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure professional growth and effectiveness.
  • Establish HR departmental goals, KPIs, and performance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and HR technologies.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution in HR.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [industry-specific HR, e.g., manufacturing, IT, healthcare].
  • Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
