Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with workers' compensation regulations and manage related claims.

Skills

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
